Rich dark chocolate with fruity and floral intensity. We work hard to reduce the bitter finish typical of many origin bars. Each bar reflects the unique terroir of our farm in Southern Belize.

Cacao solids, cacao butter, Belizean cane sugar. We add orange peel, dried pineapple, dried ginger or coffee to our 70% dark chocolate bars. For our rum infused bars, we soak nibs in Belizean rum. No artificial flavors, additives, or preservatives are used. Crafted from single-origin cacao grown on our regenerative farm.

We ship to all continental US states. Orders are carefully packaged to protect your chocolate in transit. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
