Cocoa and pineapple are an excellent combination to grow in Belize. We use the pineapple waste from out dehydrated pineapple in our compost mixes for our cocoa and vanilla groves. Using regenerative agriculture, our pineapple is full of sweetness that is highly sought after by local food companies and health nuts who come by the farm for our dehydrated pineapple.
Our chocolate is made with Belizean cocoa beans and Belizean cane sugar. The cocoa beans are sourced either from our farm or directly from smallholder farmers in southern Belize, where the rich soil and tropical climate produce beans with exceptional flavor. The cane sugar is also grown and processed locally, contributing to the chocolate’s unique taste and supporting the Belizean agricultural community.
Our chocolate is crafted in small batches to ensure quality and preserve the nuanced flavors of the ingredients. The result is a smooth, rich chocolate with notes of fruit and spice, reflecting the terroir of Belize and the care taken in every step of production.

Rich dark chocolate with fruity and floral intensity. We work hard to reduce the bitter finish typical of many origin bars. Each bar reflects the unique terroir of our farm in Southern Belize.
Ingredients
Cacao solids, cacao butter, Belizean cane sugar. We add orange peel, dried pineapple, dried ginger or coffee to our 70% dark chocolate bars. For our rum infused bars, we soak nibs in Belizean rum. No artificial flavors, additives, or preservatives are used. Crafted from single-origin cacao grown on our regenerative farm.
