Dark chocolate orange 50g

Citrus is one of Belize’s premium export crops, brimming with sweetness and flavor. Our orange is sourced from a local farm belonging to our farm manager’s grandfather, keeping it in the family.  We slowly dehydrate the peel and grind it with our dark chocolate to produce deep, complex citrus notes that perfectly complement our fruity, fudgy dark chocolate.

The chocolate is made with Belizean cocoa beans and Belizean cane sugar. The cocoa beans are sourced either from our farm or directly from smallholder farmers in southern Belize, where the rich soil and tropical climate produce beans with exceptional flavor. The cane sugar is also grown and processed locally, contributing to the chocolate’s unique taste and supporting the Belizean agricultural community.
