Our  most popular line, proudly made with just two ingredients: Belizean cocoa beans and Belizean cane sugar.

Our 55% dark chocolate is made from cocoa beans grown or sourced in Stann Creek, including our own farm.

We carefully ferment the cocoa beans at our farm using our own unique process that brings out the deepest fruity and floral notes typical of this region. Then we sort our cocoa beans and slow roast them to achieve the deepest and most balanced chocolate experience possible.

The result is a smooth and exotic mix of raisin and tropical fruit notes that goes perfectly with a sip of Belizean rum or your morning coffee.
