Taste a million years of the rainforest. We’re working on a million years more.
We’re a tiny company making tree to bar chocolate at our farm in Southern Belize. Our obsession is regenerating our soils using natural processes, growing crops in an agroforestal system, then crafting the finest chocolate possible. Our goal is to establish a link between soil health and chocolate flavor. It’s going to take a while, and we hope you can join us on our journey to better soils and exquisite chocolate. Right now we have a limited range of products available for purchase in the US on our website. This is direct sourcing at its finest, straight from our farm to you.
Nestled between the Maya Mountains and the Caribbean Sea, Corridgeree Belize is a leader in regenerative agriculture and agroforestry in the Stann Creek District. Our mission is to promote diversity, sustainable productivity, and foster the long term health of our people and environment in Southern Belize
We grow cocoa and vanilla in a mix of over 25 plant species including mahogany, rosewood, moringa, madre de cacao, San Juan, inga and coconuts.
We use mulch, compost, vermicompost and a range of other processes to improve the soil, bringing back microbes such as bacteria, nematodes and fungi to feed our vanilla, cocoa and shade trees and to improve biodiversity on the farm.
Try our Floreo chocolate and vanilla at either our farm store or online, or take a farm tour to see how cocoa and vanilla are grown, and experience chocolate making for yourself.
